how can I bring an image on a text in CKEditor

I am writing a web based program with vb in asp.net and I use CKEditor in my pages, so that the user's can enter a text then write their name and sign on their name. the signs are as an image. but I cant bring their sign's image on their name.
is there anyone that has did it in CKEditor?
I need your help please
