How do I add xml to Itunes?

I am trying to upload my rss xml file to Itunes, but when I go to ADD
it asks for Credit Card details? I thought Itunes was free? What is
going on?

Here is the file :
http://www.bionicbudda.com/mp3/bionicbuddha.xml

It seems to work well and has been validated. I have uploaded to
Podcastalley, but I want the mothers of all podcasts,. ITUNES!!

Any ideas?

Here's one: how about asking ITunes? It's unlikely to be web
development related. Duh.
