How do i count millisecs with Java Applet Runnable..

Keep in mind the accuracy of the method is platform dependent.

The class java.lang.System provides the static method currentTimeMillis()
which returns the current time in milliseconds.
Note: the granularity is system dependent and may be larger than 1
millisecond.

Check out the javadocs for more information. They are very helpful once you
know where to look.
