Pardon my stupidity, I've only used the Windows version of Python and
only via the standard installer at that. However, I've been having a
bear of a time w/2.3 - I even went back to 2.2 to stay productive. I
researched the "bug list" to see if the problems I was experiencing were
known and sure enough, they are (such as the "install to a directory
name with a space" issue that IDLE has). The bug tracker mentions these
are fixed in some form of "maintenance" package. How can I get the
latest fixes and put them into my Windows version?
