how to change the task priority of the vm?

Hi folks,

i'm using sun's jdk 1.4.2 with windows 2k.
Is there a way to change the task priority of the vm/my java app?
(something like the unix cmd 'nice'...)

Any ideas are welcome.

Did you try the "task manager?"
processes tab
select process, right click, select "set priority"
