How to change the URL of a web reference at runtime?

Hi - How can you change the web reference URL that a client is using to
access a web service at runtime?

You can simply assign to the Url property of the web service proxy.
Alternatively, you can make the URL behavior of the web service proxy
dynamic and provide the URL in a config file. See the section "Dynamic and
Static URLs" in
