how to clear server side textbox using client side code?

hiiiiiiiii Guys...

i am developing forum ..i want some help from u guys

I want to clear Server side text box from client side

I got to know there is somthing called attributes.add method by which u can
achieve this...

Can you provide me some code to achieve this? or any other method?..
