how to configure IIS to be used as SMTP server in express edition?

Hi,
I am using Visual WEb developer express edition. I have a mobile web
page in my application. I need to send an email from this page. I have
not done this before. Can anyone help me out as to what are the
settings I should be doing to use the IIS to send an email?
and how do I use this in the code?
