How to create a regexp reference

hello together,

how do I create a regexp reference?
I checked perldoc perlref and perldoc -q 'reference' but I could not
find anything appropriate.

I want to use WWW::Google::SiteMap::Robot and the documentation is not
very detailed.
The url restrictions can be given as regexp reference but there are no
examples.

Any help will be appreciated.
