How to create a WebCustomControl non-visual

Hello,
I want to create a WebCustomControl, inheriting of System.Web.UI.Control, a
non-visual control, but i want that the aparence either as a WebPartManager
control, or similar. As a box with back color, or as a UserControl style.
All in design time.

Somebody can help me
