    Hi all,

Is there a way to detect if hosting IIS AppPool is recycled or stopped so
that web service could do proper cleanup ? For my web service, which btw
hosts multiple asmx files, Application_End is not fired at all and I don't
    know why.

    Thanks in advance and regards
