How to display a banner that says looking for the results

Hello,

The web site I am working on has 3 frames: left frame is for the
menu,
top frame if where the user enter the search criteria and main frame
is where the results
are displayed.

As soon as the user enters the search criteria and hit the submit
button,
I would like to display a message in the main frame that says the
program is looking for
the data in the database and change the cursor (Hourglass).

Once the the results are shown in the main frame I want to use the
default cursor
again.
