How to get Temp Internet folder location?

Hi,
My server web app needs to know the client's Internet temporary directory
for writing a temp file to the client.
How can I query the client to obtain that info in C# .Net code?

Unfortunatelly you don't have access to the client directory structure at
all.
the client must know what the applications want to give her/him so the
normal web application can not do that
i think that you can do that with activex comntrol, but neer do it
