I implement DAL in WebService and use OracleClient to access data query from
oracle, but system error: could not load oci.dll.
I have found some suggestion from web, most are privilege problems.
After some try (grant everyone user with all privilege to oracle home
directory, recheck those authorized user's privilege and reboot the system)
but it still doesn't work.
I'm really confused of the cause?
