How to have some Microsoft Ads in my website

I just wondered if I could have some Microsoft related flash (like the
Windows Server system flash in http://www.4guysfromrolla.com/) in my
website to fill my empty pages with.I have three questions in regards to
this:

1) Ligally ,Can I do this or not?

2)How can I get the component?

3) My pages are very empty right know how can I stuff them somehow?Any
ideas??

1) Ligally ,Can I do this or not?

That would depend on Microsoft, and whether they would want to appear
associated with your site. I have no idea how their banner schemes
operate, I'm afraid.

2)How can I get the component?

Again, that depends on whether MS make it available as a component.
