how to register

hi to everyone,
i downloaded ASPPDFLib.dll from the net,in order to populate the pdf
template.
while running the project i got the error.
COM object with CLSID {88578679-272B-40C0-B1FD-C3409381A450} is either
not valid or not registered.
how to register this com objet.
what the way to resolve this problem.
