How to Run J2Me applications on Nokia and Sony mobile

Hay to all,
I have developed a j2me Midp application by using J2me
, KToolbar emulator
Now I want to run that application on Sony mobile.
How I can do this.

You need to download it to the device via IR or Bluetooth or via
On-Air-Transfer.

Some of stone-age types even use cables to do it;-)
