hi,
i'm trying to write an mp3 player sort of thing that's (likely) gonna
be deployed to the internet, which will be implemented in java. JLayer
is a promising solution to this, but i'd like an example/tutorial/help
of how to use JLayer without the dependancies on 2 other jars?
(tritonus_share and the mp3spi thing) the javadocs are not really
descriptive on this. i really like to keep the download size as small
as possible and i only need basic mp3 reading capabilites.
also, is it possible to stream mp3s? i've noticed that the
URL.getInputStream() blocks until all the mp3 data is downloaded?
thanks in advance
