How to wrap an interactive command

Hi,

There is an interactive command running under linux console (actually,
it is command "efn" in secondary structure predicting package mfold).
It reads one input data and asks several questions one by one and I
have to type "yes", "no" or others under the prompt. However, I hope to
write a perl to wrap this command and parse a bunch of data
automatically. Could anyone give me some hints on how to write such
wrapper?

Best Regards,
