HTTP 500 Error

Hi,

WHen I try to run ASP (JS or VB) scripts I get the HTTP
500: Internal Server Error

I can run a simple <%=Request.QueryString=%> command but
if I have to access a database or press F12 to preview a
page in Dreamweaver MX, it gives me the error

How do I fix this?
