HyperLink Column - Data Binding?

Hi,

I am trying to add a querystring to a hyperlink column.
The following attempt generates an error.

Any thoughts on how i do this?
Will i have to use a template column?

<asp:HyperLinkColumn Runat="server" ItemStyle-HorizontalAlign="center"
NavigateUrl='<%#"members.aspx?mgid=" &
Container.DataItem("mail_group_id")%>' Text="Members"/>
