i am entering records of an employee in a form.on that form there is a field name project lead of employee.to seach the project lead there is button on click of that i got a datagrid as a pop window.in this datagrid empcode is a hyperlinkfield.i want is when user click on the required empcode then that empcode came into the textbox of project lead and that pop get closed automatically..Plz help me as soon as possible.plz reply me
