I need to have a fixed non-repeating background image for the body
element, and a normal repeating background for the html element as
demonstrated at uglily demonstrated at
<http://tw.ecritters.biz/html_examples/iebackgrounds/>. Mozilla and
Konqueror handle this perfectly, but IE doesn't fix body's background
(the black square). Have others encountered this one? Is there a workaround?
