ie filter not working in aspx page

Hi,

I am trying to apply a filter to button server control like this:

<asp:button id="Button1" style="FILTER:
DXImageTransform.Microsoft.BasicImage(rotation=3)" runat="server"
Text="Button"></asp:button>

In the design view, I can see that the button has got rotated by 270
degrees. But when I browse this page, the filter is not applied.

I am thinking this may be because of some security problem for the account
under which web application is running. But I don't know what extra
permissions might be needed.

Please help.
