IE or Mozilla: Where are cached Quicktime movies stored?

I watched some Quicktime movies online but I want to keep them for
later use. Where are they cached on my computer using the recent IE
or Mozilla?

search for files ending in .mov in your cache (unless this has
changed - I haven't seem a quicktime movie since Mission Impossible 2
released their trailer years ago)
