iframe left nav mess up

Hi,

The site http://swfsc.noaa.gov/gs, there is a left nav. However it
doesn't go all the way down (height=100%). How do I make that
happen? Also the left nav is too wide. What do I need to modify to
slim it down?

You will need write access to that site.
