IIS Does Not Show Properties Dialog

Hello,

Sorry I posted this message in the newsgroup, as I could
not find an IIS group.

I'm running Windows XP Professional and when I try to
display the Properties dialog by pressing right mouse on
any of the Virtual Directories in IIS 5.1 it fail to
display the dialog, there are no error reported.
