imagebutton:change the cursor from the server

the imagebutton has a hand as the default cursor style.
how can i change the cursor from the server (without client side
script).

because here's the problem: I have an imagebutton. On the page load,
it's either enabled or disabled.
if it's enabled, no problem...

if it's disabled i don't want the hand cursor to appear when the mouse
is over the control but unfortunately i can't do this with javascript
onmouseover event because the control is disabled.
on the other hand if i don't disable the control, i can change the
cursor but i can't prevent the page to be postback.

so any idea ?
