Impersonate IIS Application Pool Identity

How do I get an IIS application pool identity, and create a Windows
Impersonation Context from it?

Set the app pool identity in IIS, enable anonymous access, and also enable
impersonation in your web.config (not specifying the credentials). I think
that will do it. You may have to change the authentication mode to "None" in
the web.config (leave impersonation enabled).
