ImportError:no module named win32com

Hi,
I am trying to manipulate Excel from Python.

I have installed python-3.1 & pywin32-214.win32-py3.1 in \Python31\Lib\site-packages folder.

I am getting the error "ImportError:no module named win32com" on this line.

from win32com.client import *
from win32com.client import Dispatch

Please help me on this.
