infragistics and sharepoint

We n eed to integrate Infragistics NetAdvantage 2004 Volume 2
WebChart in to a SharePoint Portal Server 2003 WebPart.
We created and tested a sample UserControl.ascx on an ASP.NET WebApp
(see attached files)
We cannot use the aforementioned UserControl.ascx in to a Webpart
The Loadcontrol instruction generates the following exception:

Could you please tell us if, and eventually how, it should work?
