inspect aspx form with reflection?

Can I inspect the contents of an aspx page using reflection? I want to
inventory (in code at run-time) the buttons in a toolbar and the
columns in a grid, and each of these are defined in the aspx not in the
codebehind.

E.g. I want an admin screen in my application that will list all other
screens in the application and their grids and their columns. This is
not my literal purpose but a simplified equivalent.
