I'm trying to get McMillan's installer at
http://www.mcmillan-inc.com/install1.html but get "You don't have
permission to access /install1.html on this server."

Anywhere else I can get it?

Yes I've been looking for a mirror too - can't find anything in
SourceForge or Freshmeat :-(

I wonder if this means Gordon has stopped distributing it, or maybe it
heralds a new version coming soon....
