When I try to view a topic for help in the command line, I get and error
    that says the topic and
keyword documentation are not available. Then it syas to set the environment
variable 'PYTHONDOCS' to indicate their location.

How do you set environment variables? I looked in the tutorial but couldn't
    find anything. And
And doesn't python come with those files already installed if you install
    everything?
