intellisense list of possible values

example = {intellisense pops up here for "true" or "false"

We want to be able to do the following

dim myInstance as new myClass
MyInstance.Myproperty = {intellisense happens here with our custom
class/custom property/custom possible values}

Does this involve doing an override on the = which I know is possible...
