the "height: 1%; "holly hack" fixed it!

surprisingly, none of the earlier "fixes" worked for me (line height,
etc.)

why would this "height" hack move the container box out of position?
This is a simple 3 box layout. Top box spans width of page. Left box
is set size, right side content box grows/shrinks based on content and
user. Both the left side nav box and the right side content box sit
20px beneath the top box (margin) But adding this height attribute to
the right side box made the box float up against the top box?!?!?!
