Is C++ developed in Microsoft .NET Framework considered a .NET application?

Hi,

I am developing ANSI C++ application using the following environment:
Microsoft Development Environment 2003 Version 1.13088
Microsoft .NET Framework Version 1.1.4322 SP1

To which category such application belongs? Is it VC6 or .NET 2003?
I'm asking this because I'm looking for a C++ profiler, but it seems
that most of the C++ profilers for .NET applications are tailored
towards "managed C++" only.

What category an application belongs to is not some universally applicable
truth. Different categorisations exist for different purposes. You need to
know how the suppliers of profilers categorise applications (though I can't
imagine that an application written on VC++2003 could be termed a VC++6
application). That should be apparent from their web site. If not, contact
them and ask.
