Is it possible to list sessions and terminate one?

Does anyone know if there is a way to list the current sessions, and any way
to kill a session other than your own?

I suspect that for security reasons there isn't a way, but if there is a way
it would be nice to know.

you can write your own session manager and add any feature you want.
