    Is there any function return the short date format on the regional and
    Language Options under control panel?

  2. DateTime t = DateTime.Now;
    Time.Text = String.Format("{0:T}", t);
    Date.Text = String.Format("{0:d}", t);
    That should give you:
    time is: 12:14:52 PM
    date is: 04/14/2006

    Is that what you want?
