Is there anyway to detect a F5-Refresh

Hello,

I know, this question has been asked a lot of time....

It seems that it is not really possible to detect it within the code-behind.
However, I would like to know if it is possible with a Java Script to detect
it and for instance set a hidden checkedbox (or ...) to a value that tells
me that refresh has been it.

If this is possible I would really appreciate a code snippet ;-)
