Yes, there is a great (though complex) machine called: human.

applications from designs, do let me know. I will have to get another

there is here a department here working with PLEX. It generates java-code
and classes. Its great for creating webservices.
I can recall the name of the manufactor but you wil dind if you google.

Most UML products (Rational Rose, Visio, etc.) will generate all of the
public method stubs, but somebody has to write code. Implementation
details are left to the programmer.

One such animal is AllFusionlex from Computer Associates. It generates
from a design model into several languages. I think OptimalJ is a player in
this area, but I haven't worked with the tool. Frankly, when I saw a demo of
their "breakthrough" capabilities I had to wonder what it was all about
since I'd been using model-based code generation for over 10 years with
AllFusionlex's predecessor (and still contender) AllFusion:2E (also know
by several other names due to product renaming through the years).
