I can login to the domain hosted by Win 2003. However when my .NET
application trys to authenticate using NTLM with LDAP on Win 2003, I'm
encountering problems.
It's showing "The authentication mechanism is unknown". When I check the Win
2003 event viewer, it's showing somthing like an incorrect username and
password is entered.
But I've used the same password to logon successfully at the windows logon.
I'm sure the successful windows logon was not due to any local profile
residing on the machine. What could be the possible cause?
Also, anyone know whether SIDs filtering could cause such effect?
