[J2EE] Configuring clients for application deployment

I have been developing an application using J2EE. The application talks
to EJBs on the Sun AS8 server which is located on localhost.

Everything works fine at the moment, but I will need to deploy this
application to the client machines eventually, which only have J2SE
installed.

Does anyone have any links / pointers on how to set about doing this,
and how to configure the client machines?
