Description:
The project will involve development of a Java applet for Netscape 4.x and
above and IE 4 and above. A very strong math background will be required for
this application which will involve conversions between spherical and
Cartesian coordinate systems and the dynamic scaling and clipping of vector
graphics. A Familiarity with the ALMIS database standard is highly
desirable.
Evaluation Criteria:
1. Experience of the Candidate
Java Internet Developer with at least 3 years Java experience. Experience is
required in Java 2, 2D and 3D graphics, Swing controls. Applicants must be
proficient in Internet protocols, database development, Active Server Pages,
and XM.
