Hi,
can anybody tell where can I find Java API for bluetooth wireless
technology (JSR-82 ; javax.obex and javax.bluetooth). Is it available
for download?

http://forum.nokia.com and search for the MIDP SDKs (tools and SDK section).
They contain Nokia's implementation of this JSR.
You need to register yourself on that site. Don't worry, it's free and
Nokia's privacy policy seems to be ok

JSR-82 is for wireless devices that host the MIDP platform, and not for
desktop Java. You would have to get a device that has support for Bluetooth
built into the MIDP implementation.
