    The page linked there says:

    »Under preemptive scheduling, the highest priority task
    executes until it enters the waiting or dead states or a
    higher priority task comes into existence.«

    The correct definition in a sense is the opposite of this, i.e.:

    »preemptive multitasking: An operating mode in which the
    execution of programs is periodically interrupted by the
    operating system and control is passed to another program
    that has been waiting.«

    This was the first question advertised and immediatly its
    answer is obviously flawed and misleading.

    Google groups seems to find thousands of advertisements of
    subdomains of ***center.com already published in newsgroups.
