im using WSAD 5.0 when i try to execute this :

input = new FileInputStream(strHtmlFile);
DOMParser parser = new DOMParser();

parser.parse(new InputSource(input));
doc = parser.getDocument();


} catch (Exception se) {

}

}
I have this error msg :
