Java program to generate XML schema documentation?

Does anyone know of a free Java-based utility that will generate
JavaDoc like documentation for XML schemas? As you may know, XML
Schemas allow you to embed comments via the <xs:annotation> and
<xs:documentation> tags. I was hoping that there is a tool that can
extract these comments and make them into a readable document.
