Job Title: Team Leader (Java technology)
Job Profile/ Description:
· Analyze & create functional and development specs.
· Designing technical architecture.
· Translate specs into a project plan.
· Interact directly with Customer for requirements
· Manage & motivate a team of 3-5 Programmers
· Manage Project independently & ensure successful & timely delivery.
· Learn & implement new technologies within a short period of time.
Desired Profile of the candidate:
· Experience of 4 years in hardcore Development in web based projects.
· Should have involved in atleast 3-4 Full Cycle projects
· Strong understanding of OOAD Concepts and software engineering best
practices.
· Strong knowledge of, Web Based Development Technologies like JSP,
Servlets, RMI, XML, HTML, AJAX, JavaScript.
· Strong knowledge of web based server like struts, Tomcat, Apache
· Awareness of quality process would be a plus.
· Must have worked on Project Management tools like Microsoft Project
Pan & etc.
· Must possess good communication skills and very strong analytical
skills and have the ability to work independently or in a team
environment.
· Must be a quick learner and should have strong grasping power.
· Should have the ability to work under pressure.
