javascript bookmark doesn't work in IE/Win (but does IE/Mac, Moz)

Hi,

I have a javascript bookmark that works fine with Mozilla and
Firebird, and even with IE/Mac, but does not work with IE/Win. I'm
wondering if anyone might know why it doesn't work.

It's the link on http://regex.info/test.html -- even in IE/Win, when
clicked while sitting on the page, it works (sends you to a cgi that
reports some info). But, when dragged to the "Links" bar and then
clicked on, nothing happens. No error dialog (even if scripting errors
and the script debugger are on), no movement, nothing.

Again, with other browsers I've checked, it works in all cases, so
this IE/Win behavior is maddening. Any ideas would be much
appreciated.
